Vatika Education (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates vatikaeducation.in. We are the data fiduciary responsible for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

2. Personal Data We Collect

• Lead form: Name, phone number, email, city, course/class interest
• Analytics: Basic cookies for website functionality — only after your explicit consent
• Little Champs Academy:Parent contact information and child's age — with explicit parental consent

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your admission or course enquiry
• Providing admission consultancy services
• Sending marketing communications (admission tips, college news) — only if you give separate, explicit marketing consent
• Website analytics and performance monitoring — only after consent

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent under Section 6 of the DPDP Act. You may withdraw consent at any time (see Section 10 below).

Your data may be processed by the following services, which store data outside India:

• Google Sheets (United States)
• Cloudflare (global edge network)

9. Children's Data

For our Little Champs Academy enquiries, we collect only parent contact information after explicit parental consent. We do not run behavioural advertising targeting minors and exclude this audience from all remarketing pools.

10. Withdrawal of Consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@vatikaeducation.in with the subject “Withdraw Consent”. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent — no additional hurdles.

11. Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
