Vatika Education provides education consultancy services including school and college admission guidance, management quota facilitation, career counselling, and related documentation support. We also operate coaching services (Class VI–XII, JEE, NEET & Competitive Exams) and Little Champs Academy for early childhood learning (Playgroup to Grade 5).
3. No Guarantee of Admission
While we work diligently to secure admissions, we do not guarantee admission to any specific college or program. Admission decisions are ultimately made by the respective educational institutions. Our role is to guide, facilitate, and advocate — not to decide on your behalf.
4. Fees and Payment
- Initial counselling is free of charge
- Service fees vary by college, course, and scope of assistance
- All fees are discussed transparently before engagement — no hidden charges
- Payments are made only after you confirm your choice of college
- Refund policy: refunds are provided if the admission is not confirmed, minus any third-party costs already incurred (details provided in the service agreement)
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your academic record and preferences
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner
- Complete documentation requirements within deadlines
- Pay fees as agreed upon
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, design, logos, and layout — is the property of Vatika Education and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vatika Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
